The Diversity & Inclusion Navigator® is a pioneering, research-driven survey tool that has been validatedby the Competence Center for Diversity, Inclusion & Disability at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland, and supported by funding from the Innovation Agency of Switzerland. Designed for efficiency, the tool requires only 10 minutes per employee to complete, ensuring both validity and anonymity while delivering prompt, data-driven insights. The Navigator is currently available in English, Greek, Dutch, German, and Spanish, with additional languages forthcoming.

The Diversity & Inclusion Navigator® survey tool is designed to map, measure, and assess 30 dimensions of diversity and inclusion within the workplace as experienced by employees, helping organizations identify areas for improvement and achieve their desired HR and D&I objectives. These dimensions include areas such as gender representation, cultural background, accessibility, well-being and psychological safety.

To obtain the Navigator certificate, organizations must administer the Diversity & Inclusion Navigator survey among their workforce, analyze the collected data, and review the resulting Navigator report to identify actionable insights.
