The Diversity & Inclusion Navigator®

The DIVERSTITY & INCLUSION NAVIGATOR® tool is an innovative, research-based survey tool. The tool maps, measures and assesses the 30 D&I dimensions in the workplace that keep you from reaching the optimal levels on D&I you wish for. It is the starting point to develop a sound, data based strategy to advance the organizational D&I goals.

The DIVERSTITY & INCLUSION NAVIGATOR® tool has been validated by the Competence Center for DIVERSTITY & INCLUSION, University of St Gallen, Switzerland and funded by the Innovation Agency of Switzerland.

It has been applied in multiple organizations and at the moment is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian and Greek. Using the DIVERSTITY & INCLUSION NAVIGATOR® tool is time-efficient (only 10 minutes per employee), valid, anonymous and delivers results quickly.

The D&I Roadmap

The D&I Roadmap Based on the analysis of anonymized data by the Diversity & Inclusion Navigator® in your workforce, focus groups and interviews on the organizational goals, you will receive the detailed D&I roadmap.

You will benefit from a deep dive into the root causes of challenging D&I areas and the mapping of the D&I code in your workforce. You get data-informed insights on the D&I status quo and a hands-on, customized roadmap for targeted and impactful improvements.

Your information is treated with confidentiality and will not be used for any other purpose. The current data protection legislation is respected, and relevant agreements are signed.

The D&I Scorecard

The D&I scorecard monitors workplace D&I data to determine the effectiveness of interventions. After all, you want to know the return on investment in your people.

The scorecard allows benchmarking within the company, between sites of different countries, or with peers in the industry.

The scorecard includes:

  • Quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Assessment of D&I initiatives and their impact
    on the organization.

INCLUSIVE GENDER EQUALITY PLAN

The Inclusive Gender Equality Plan (IGEP) provides a roadmap
for your organization towards higher levels of inclusive gender
equality, taking into account 30 diversity and inclusion
interfaces: e.g. age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, function, role.,
etc.

The IGEP is based on quantitative and qualitative company
data derived from the organizational structures, processes
and culture and from the employees too.

It uses a comprehensive set of data to translate the EDI
challenges into EDI improvements and concrete
organizational goals. It also includes a Gender Mainstreaming
approach throughout the company’s policies and practices
by applying the Gender Budgeting and Gender Impact
Assessment tools.

SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY ACTION PLAN (SSAP)

How can your company implement and showcase its contribution to creating inclusive societies, reducing inequality, and ensuring long-term well-being for people and for your company as well?

Develop and implement your own social sustainability plan including a range of activities and initiatives on burning topics, such as fostering an inclusive work setting which adopts a healthy work-life balance, respects all religions and cultures, offers a welcoming gender+ environment, a disability friendly organization, supportive policies to marginalized communities and/or active collaborative engagement to local community.
