The iDI-NAV® (Interactive Diversity and Inclusion Navigator®) tool is an innovative, research-based, online survey tool designated to:

✓ Identify the 30 D&I dimensions in the workplace that keep you from reaching the optimal levels on D&I you wish for
✓ Measure the prevalence and intersectional weight of the 30 D&I dimensions in the workplace
✓ Advance to reach the organizations D&I goals by a sound, data-based strategy

The iDI-Nav® has been validated by the Competence Center for Diversity and Inclusion, University of St Gallen, Switzerland and funded by the Innovation Agency of Switzerland. It has been applied in multiple organizational contexts and languages. It is short, reliable, fully anonymized and generates measurable outcomes.

Discover in an analytical and concise way the facts and figures on the 30 D&I dimensions in your workforce.

Based on the analysis of anonymized data derived by the iDI-Nav® survey tool in your workforce, focus groups and interviews on the organizational goals, you will receive the detailed DI-Nav® Report. You will benefit from a deep dive into the root causes of challenging D&I areas, the mapping of the D&I code in your workforce.

You get data-informed insights on the D&I status quo and hands-on, customized solutions for targeted and impactful improvements.

Your information is treated with confidentiality and will not be used for any other purpose. The current data protection legislation is respected, and relevant agreements are signed.

The DI-NAV® Scorecard

The DI-NAV® Scorecard

The DI-NAV® Scorecard monitors the D&I metrics in the workplace, so to follow up the effectiveness of interventions. It also allows for benchmarking within the company or against peers in the industry. Indicatively the scorecard includes:

✓ Quantitative and qualitative metrics: whether from the Diversity and Inclusion Navigator® tool or otherwise. These metrics can be combined with quantitative (HR) data at company level.
✓ Assessment of the D&I initiatives and their impact on the organization.
✓ Tracking of results: it includes tracking progress against strategic goals but also insights from employees or peers on the biggest issues.
✓ Comparison of the company to others in the industry. What does “good” look like for the company? What is the best-in-class benchmarking data for peer companies?
